Our lab attended the IAFP (International Association of Food Protection) 2023 Annual Meeting in Toronto, Canada! Our graduate students presented a total of 8 posters and everyone enjoyed the first international travel after the pandemic!
Every summer, Dr. Luo teaches a UConn Pre-College Summer course titled "Food Science and Technology", which is composed of in-class lectures and hands-on laboratory experiments to help students turn their knowledge of the principles of food science into practices as a food scientist.
