Dr. Luo has been recognized by Web of Science as the most Highly Cited Researchers in 2019 across the globe, ranked among top 1% by citations! Please read the News @ UConn Today. There are only seven University of Connecticut professors who have received this recognition, and Dr. Luo is the only one from the College of Agriculture, Health and Natural Recourses.
